William C. Hernquist II was admitted to practice in November of 1988. He has been actively engaged in all phases of construction, business, insurance and personal injury law and litigation for over 25 years.
Mr. Hernquist is an active member of the California Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Construction/Development and Mechanics’ Lien Subsection of the Real Property Section of the State Bar. He is a member of Building Industry Association. He is also a member of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association.
Mr. Hernquist has advised, structured and set up many construction industry companies and advised them on the proper legal procedures to be followed whether they are signing contracts or attempting to collect the money they are owed. Mr. Hernquist, through years of representing insurance companies and their insureds, has also handled insurance coverage disputes and personal injury matters.

This representation includes individuals, business and commercial clients in all transactions, proceedings or litigations that involve or deal with Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, or real property including purchase and sales, leases, zoning, title examinations, quiet title actions, title, boundaries and easements.
Hernquist & Associates has represented buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, and agents in sales and contract transactions and litigations involving both real estate sales and commission contracts, as well as nondisclosure, and fraud claims.
